Processing time takes 1-3 business days, once it is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
can i cancel or change my order once its been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. We kindly ask that you double check all your details prior to placing the order.
what is the return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or defected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@telastudios.co , and we will be happy to help!

how do i care for my bag?
To keep your bag looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. Avoid soaking the fabric or using harsh cleaners. Let it air dry naturally and store it in a cool, dry place.
how long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take 3-8 business days for U.S & Canada shipments, International shipments may take 8-15 business days.
